Jamie Foxx got real about his hesitancy to father a child again at age 58.
In an interview with E! News alongside his eldest daughter, Corinne Foxx, the father of two admitted that he wasn’t completely comfortable with the idea of having a third kid at an older age.
“Being my age, I was a little on the fence,” “But then I ran into Al Pacino a few months ago.”
Pacino, 86, became a father again at age 83 to a baby boy named Roman. He and his partner, Noor Alfalla, 29, welcomed their son in June 2023.
“I said, ‘Al, you gonna be back in the drop-off line?’” Foxx recalled, jokingly. “I said, ‘Aw man, shoot I’m good.’”
TMZ announced in May that Foxx would become a father again, this time with his girlfriend, 31-year-old Alyce Huckstepp. The two were first speculated to be dating in 2023, and were reportedly separated in early 2025 before reconciling in April of that year.
Foxx has two daughters from previous relationships: Corinne, 32, who he had with his former partner, Connie Kline, and Anelise Bishop, 17, whom he shares with his ex, Kristin Grannis. Both daughters are artists: Corinne is an actor and a model, and Anelise is a musician who has shared the stage with her father before, playing guitar alongside him at the 2026 BET Awards this past June.
Foxx calls himself a “girl dad” and has publicly praised and loved on his daughters, recently thanking them in an emotional speech at the 2025 BET Awards for supporting him through his recovery from a stroke he had in 2023.
